After a quick stop at Bali DPS Airport’s T/G Lounge, we were ready to board.
I was excited to finally check out Scoot Airlines.

Taxiing At Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
The Scoot Flight
This was my inaugural flight on Scoot Airlines (Singapore Airline’s low cost carrier).
It was a morning flight from DPS to SIN and was officially listed as a 2 hour and 35 minute flight.
We would be flying aboard a Boeing 787 Dreamliner [wide-body] aircraft.
As a low-cost carrier, Scoot provided only complementary water; however, meals, snacks, and alcohol were available for purchase.
Takeoff From DPS Airport
Immediately after takeoff, the Sungai Telaga Waja body of water became visible, followed by the Bali Mandara Toll Road [bridge over water] and the Benoa Peninsula (home of the Conrad Bali).

The Bottom-Line Review: Scoot Airlines – Flying Bali (DPS) To Singapore (SIN) On A Boeing 787 Dreamliner
This one-way non-stop international flight was just under $180 USD on Scoot, with the actual flying time clocking-in at about 2 hours and 10 minutes.
I was really impressed with Scoot, their product – down to the 787 Dreamliner – was very similar to that of Norwegian Air, albeit with a cartoonish twist (and a little humor thrown in).
As much as I love Air Asia, Scoot’s new 787’s make a huge difference when flying, and that makes them hard to beat.
The Final Review: Highly Recommended! – Quality product, quality service, and wide-body aircraft for a 2 hour flight!
Cheers!
