It had been a very long day. Having just flown in from ICN Airport (in Seoul, South Korea), we had finally made it to Nha Trang, Vietnam.
Luckily for us, we had a hotel “hookup” this time as a friend of ours worked in management at the Rosaka Hotel.
Review: Rosaka Hotel (Nha Trang, Vietnam)
The Location, Hotel Lobby, and Check-In
The Hotel Rosaka (like the rest of Nha Trang) is located about 45 minutes North of the airport by automobile.
Hotel Rosaka itself is located about two blocks from the beach (the Sailing Club) in a young and touristy neighborhood in South/Central Nha Trang.
The hotel lobby was cavernous and decked out in an excess of marble and white light that is common throughout Asia.
We were pleased to find two front desk workers at the late hour, both of whom spoke fluent English.
Check-in was fast, and we were given an Executive Suite on the 19th floor.

As expected, the room was large and clean, and came with all the standard amenities.

Being on the 19th floor meant we had an incredible view (West) of the city of Nha Trang and the surrounding mountains.
Breakfast Buffet At Aquarius Restaurant
We started each morning with at the excellent buffet at the Aquarius Restaurant.
Typical of hotels in Asia, Hotel Rosaka served “Western breakfast” alongside delicious breakfast dishes from China, Korea, and India.
There was something for everybody.
The Rooftop Swimming Pool
Hands down, my favorite part of the Rosaka Hotel was the rooftop infinity swimming pool and bar and its views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands off the coast.
Sky Bar
The Sky Bar was great as they ensured we did not die of thirst at the pool thanks to a continuous supply of stiff cocktails.
Review: Rosaka Hotel Nha Trang Vietnam
Overall, we had a great experience at the Rosaka Hotel.
The location was great for us as tourists, the hotel service and food were excellent, and the room itself was large and clean.
We spent hours at the rooftop pool and bar, the views were that amazing.
Officially considered a “4 star hotel”, the award winning Rosaka Hotel has high online ratings from guests around the globe for a reason: it delivers a huge value for a very reasonable price.
Final Rating: 8 out of 10.

I’m surprised to see two double beds in a suite rather than a king. Have you run across that before in Asia? Any idea what the hotel runs under fairly normal circumstances?
I’ve found this is fairly common with mid-tier hotels in certain parts of Asia. If you need a king bed, they’ll push them together and throw a pad on it.
