Location & Parking
The hotel was conveniently located at 1126 N Navajo Dr, Page, AZ, 86040 on a hill overlooking Glen Canyon Dam.
It was just a short drive away from the picturesque Lake Powell. Parking was easy, with more than enough free spots available for cars, RVs, and trucks.
Lobby
Upon entering, we were greeted by the very large nd inviting lobby area, tastefully decorated with dining tables, communal tables, couches, and cute nooks where guests could sit and relax. There were also several large maps to get an overview of many points of interest in the surrounding area.
The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of nearby canyon walls and the Glen Canyon Dam at Lake Powell

Bedroom Area
Our room was a spacious 355-square-foot space with two comfortable double beds and a “cozy corner” with a sleeper-sofa.
The room appeared new and clean, although there was some visible wear and tear on the cabinet.
Living Area
Bathroom
The bathroom was literally so clean it shined (see the photos below).
The hotel had the KenetMD brand of toiletry products which I find to be of OK quality.
View From The Room
Perhaps the very best thing about the room was the view – see below. We had a view of Glen Canyon Dam Bridge (and the sunset).
Breakfast
We started our day with a complimentary breakfast buffet served at the Prickly Pear Kitchen, located inside the hotel. The food was good, exactly standard for a Hyatt Place. Yes, I’m talking about the fluffy eggs.

FHOP Tip: Nearby Dining – On the way to the Hyatt Place, you must pass the Grand Canyon Brewery – so you might as well stop by. It is a must-visit for any beer enthusiast. The brewery offers a broad variety of styles, including their signature Prickly Pear Wheat Ale. The brewery had a spacious interior, a large bar area, and an outdoor patio complete with fire pits. The bread bowls and Mac & Cheese are excellent.Â
