One of the main reasons we decided to stay at the Hilton Hanoi Opera (versus other newer and/or better located hotels) was for the access we had to the Executive Lounge as Hilton Honors Diamond Members for breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour, and snacks.
Was that a good decision?

The Entrance To The Executive Lounge
The Lounge’s hours were from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
Inside The Executive Lounge
The Hilton Hanoi Opera’s Executive Lounge was “standard” in terms of size.
Although it was quite popular during breakfast hours, there was always plenty of seating available to accommodate the guests of the Lounge.
The Tea & Coffee Station
The tea and coffee station was somewhat basic, however it was continuously available throughout the day.
The coffee from the automatic coffee machine was, dare I say, actually very good.
The Breakfast Spread
For breakfast, there was a large selection of pastries and other baked goods, as well as meats and cheeses, oatmeals, yogurts, and various fruit items galore.
Drinks (other than coffee) and breakfast dishes were ordered directly through the wait staff (which we found were very friendly, cheerful, and fast).
It was a great way to start the day, everyday.
The Bottom-Line Review: Executive Lounge, Hilton Hanoi Opera
Although my overall feelings on the Hilton Hanoi Opera were mixed, the one bright spot of our stay was the Executive Lounge.
The food was delicious daily and the service staff were consistently excellent with their amazing service (as well as fluent in English).
There’s really nothing else left to say.
Final Review: Highly Recommended.
