Front Desk & Check-In
For this stay, I opted to skip the front-desk and check-in with a digital key.
As such, I was offered a choice of rooms on several high-floors, but I was not offered a true room upgrade.

Dining Options & Chef Jose Andres’s Restaurants
The Conrad’s signature dining options were Chef Jose Andres’s two restaurants – San Laurel and Agua Viva – which both offer delicious Spanish-inspired cuisine in a sleek and modern setting.
Breakfast options at the hotel include a buffet-style spread with a range of hot and cold dishes, as well as an à la carte menu.
The hotel also offers in-room dining options 24 hours a day.
Breakfast At San Laurel
I opted to use my Diamond food and beverage credit for breakfast at San Laurel, where I went with a cafe latte, freshly squeezed orange juice, and the Avocado Eggs Benedict with Jamon Serrano – which was absolutely delicious.
I was also given a small but delicious baked treat which I believe was based on a “tres-leches” style dessert.

 Swimming Pool
The hotel’s swimming pool is located on the 10th floor and offers views of the downtown city skyline. The pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers, making it a relaxing spot to soak up the California sunshine.
The Conrad Spa and fitness center are also located on the fifth floor and offer a range of treatments and services to guests.
