The Entrance To The Ambassador Transit Lounge, Terminal 3
This lounge is located airside in Terminal 3 (on the mezzanine level), near the Ambassador Transit Hotel, movie theatre, and Butterfly Garden.
Priority Pass Information
This lounge is accessible to members of Priority Pass, as well as to other paying customers.

The Seating Areas
The lounge decor is clean, but also seemed somewhat dated.
The seating areas were not particularly private or extraordinarily comfortable, and the lounge itself appeared lightly-trafficked.
The Food Spread Area
There was a small food area with all the basic beverages and a few hot plates with breakfast items.
Alcoholic drinks were also available with a drink ticket (from the front desk), by handing it to the chef in the kitchen area.

The Bottom-Line Review: Ambassador Transit Lounge, Terminal 3 (Changi International Airport (SIN), Singapore)
I categorize the Ambassador Transit Lounge, Terminal 3, as a “basic lounge”.
There was no “wow factor” here, but the lounge did have all the “bare-bones” basics.
With that said, I’d use this lounge to grab a quick bite or a cup of coffee, but I wouldn’t necessarily use this as a place to relax for hours on end during a long layover.
Final Rating: Unless you are in a hurry, I’d suggest to look elsewhere for more complete lounge experience.
