Just how good is this offer? Well…I looked at some random dates in May:
As you can see, if you booked this on your own through Hyatt.com you are looking at $1,329 a night (or $6,645 for five nights before taxes and fees), and this doesn’t even include a rental car for 6 days!
So this is an amazing deal.
The Bottom-Line: The Hyatt Residence Club Offer For Maui, Ka’anapali Beach [Targeted Offer]
This seems to be very similar to the one I did last year at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas, with the 5 nights & rental car, but this offer also gets you a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with an ocean view and 7,000 World Of Hyatt points.
But – you must be targeted for this offer, and you must meet the terms and conditions [below].
This means, at minimum, you must sit through a time-share presentation, have an annual household income of $125,000, be at least 27 years of age, and own a home.
Then there’s also this scary line:
