So, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the email below from Hawaiian Airlines.

Unless you fly to Hawaii once a year on Hawaiian Airlines or spend on the Barclay’s HawaiianMiles card, keeping HawaiianMiles active can be a real chore – that’s why it’s great that HawaiianMiles now never expire.

I’m glad to see Hawaiian Airlines finally joining the customer-friendly party (like Southwest) when it comes to the non-expiration of miles.

This is a nice overdue win for customers of Hawaiian Airlines. Better late than never.
