The “More Stays, More Points, More Rewards” promotion appears to be targeted to IHG Rewards Club members who live in Asia (excluding mainland China).

How This Offer Works
Now through December 31, 2018, you can start racking up bonus points through this offer.
This offer is somewhat similar in style to the North American “Accelerate” offers in that you need to meet a couple of challenges to earn the bonus points; the more challenges you complete the more you bonus points you can earn – up to 71,000 bonus points.
Once you earn the first 41,000 bonus points, you must then complete your final 3 stays at an InterContinental Hotel to earn the last 30,000 bonus points.
