From now until August 31, 2018, Chase Sapphire Reserve cardmembers can earn 75,000 ultimate rewards points when they have a loan funded or closed through Chase Mortgage.

I would absolutely hesitate to recommend anybody base the decision of which mortgage company to go with on bonus points alone.
That being said, if you are a holder of the Chase Sapphire Reserve card and are a current or potential Chase Mortgage customer, this could be a decent option to earn a lot of Ultimate Rewards points. 75,000 points is worth about $1,125 when used on travel through Chase’s Ultimate Rewards website.
