During my Oktoberfest pilgrimage to Bavaraia, I had the chance one morning to wander around the “Old Town” section of Munich.
My original idea for this post was going to be a “walking tour of…” post, but I [happily] got completely lost and may have strayed into a bar or two.
Here are some photos from my “stroll” around Munich.

A Walk Through Munich’s Old Town [In Photos] (Munich, Germany)
What a morning! Getting lost in Old Town Munich (and some strong coffee) was just what the doctor ordered after an Oktoberfest-induced hangover.
Old Town is a wonderful and walkable section of Munich, with some of its most famous landmarks, great food and shopping, and fascinating surprises around every turn.
Don’t worry, if you get a little lost, you may even enjoy it more.
Cheers!
